No Hassle, No Pressure, NO Problems... Wonderful Dealership! My 19 year old son and I have been searching for a his first car, for a little over a month, in many different dealerships, and test driving many cars My 19 year old son and I have been searching for a his first car, for a little over a month, in many different dealerships, and test driving many cars. When we first entered the dealership, Bruna Entringer greeted us with a genuine happy smile and wonderful greeting. She asked us, "How we were and what could she do for us?". Which was a huge difference from what we had gotten fro mother dealerships... what do you want to look at, how much are you putting down, how much do you want to spend... pressure, pressure, pressure. Bruna made us feel comfortable right away... it was great. I told her what I had seen on the dealerships website, a 2012 Dodge Avenger SRT, and we would like to see it. There was no redirection, like we had happen at some of the other dealerships. She Got the keys to the car, brought us to where they had it parked, opened it up and said, "Let me know what else I can do?"... and walked away for a little while, while we inspected the car. We asked if was okay to take it out for a test drive, and was told "Absolutely... I just need to copy your licenses." after making copies, we took our cards, got in and drove the car for 5-10 minutes. We loved the car. It was extremely clean, inside and out... and drove wonderfully. We brought the car back, told Bruna, "We had 2 more dealerships to check out, but we really enjoyed our experience with her and the car." We went to 1 other dealer about 20 minutes away, felt that " High Strung Dealer Pressure"... got back into my car, looked at each other and discussed ALL the dealerships we had visited... FAFAMA and Bruna were the TOP of the list. we drove back to FAFAMA that day. Bruna was still there and we talked about what to do next as we wanted the 2012 Avenger. We started the paperwork, made the down payment and left with a smile, as the transaction would have to wait until the bank was open the next day. Bruna kept me apprized of all that was going on with the loan process and made me feel very comfortable about he purchase of another car for my family. She did all the work and I was able to concentrate on my part as she took care of the dealerships responsibilities. We picked up the car a couple days later and it was all set. I took the car to my mechanic for an inspection and it had some very minor issues that Bruna and FAFAMA took care without hesitation. My son, my wife and I are extremely happy and overwhelmed at how easy she, (Bruna), made this for us... AND, my son LOVES his car. Thank you,Bruna Entringer and FAFAMA Auto Sales Inc. We will keep our eyes open on your inventory as we still have one more to get a car for in the near future... maybe I may even get a different car for me.
