Easy, no pressure Car buying Experience I stopped by the dealership in need of a new used SUV that needed to mee some requirement (black, AWD, etc.) and Max delivered. He showed me all the options that met what I was looking for and gave his honest thoughts on each vehicle. I didn't feel pressured at any point during the process and drove away with my new vehicle a couple days later. It's been a few weeks with the new vehicle, a Black 2013 Chevy Equinox, and it is still running perfectly/passed inspection via a 3rd party mechanic. Thank you Max and FAFAMA! More

Excellent Warranty Service I bought a used Mazda 6 sedan a week ago from Fafama. I failed inspection due to the tires on the car. I called Jhonne and told him about it. As soon I bought a used Mazda 6 sedan a week ago from Fafama. I failed inspection due to the tires on the car. I called Jhonne and told him about it. As soon as I got there, Jhonne told me they gonna replace the tires for me. To my surprise, they replace all the tires with brand new tires and I passed inspection the next day. My expectation was far exceeded, I thought they gonna replace only two tires. Jhonne and Marcelo were very helpful, kind, friendly and displayed fantastic and outstanding customer service. I will definitely buy from them again and would always service my car there. Great job guys. More
