William was sharp enough to realize that he needed help to close this deal, so he called one of his superiors. Jim, the sales manager, was awesome in his 'no trouble at all' attitude when we asked for a couple extras to be thrown in. They both were polite and didn't push aggressively like the previous time we were in to JUST LOOK (and we had told them that)... that was a different sales staff completely. Long story short, these guys were excellent and the experience for my wife, and I was near painless... except for the check we had to write... of course. BTW: The service writers were great to deal with too. They saved me some money. Can't ask for more than that.... not to mention the great STARBUCKS coffee I swilled while there. Kudos guys. :) More

Wow!! What an absolute horrible experience. I was sold a vehicle that, according to the highway patrol and local law enforcement, is not suppose to be on the road. The dealership said the deal was done and vehicle that, according to the highway patrol and local law enforcement, is not suppose to be on the road. The dealership said the deal was done and the truck is mine. The refused to acknowledge that the truck should not have even been on the lot without fixing what was wrong. It is my opinion that this dealership should be avoided at all costs. Tell your friends and family to forget they and their other stores exist when shopping for a vehicle. More
