I was able to enjoy a routine 6-month servicing, plus the installation of my new Blizzaks. He/they were also generous enough to recify an issue with the interior plastic panel of my rear "hatch" door. All of the above was done in a REALLY reasonable amount of time, and at the level of quality I've been enjoying throughout my "Rogue experience". Top Shelf service - per usual ! More

I have been sitting on this review for a while at this point to try and be as fair as possible. On December 2nd I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Equinox with 95k miles for $16,999 (plus $525 in fees), while point to try and be as fair as possible. On December 2nd I bought a used 2017 Chevrolet Equinox with 95k miles for $16,999 (plus $525 in fees), while being told by more than one employee it was lucky I had bought it that day, because they realized they had undervalued it and were about to raise the price to $19,000. Their reports and the Carfax gave no indicators that there was anything to be concerned about. On December 22nd, the car was undriveable. Dumped all the oil out in a parking lot. In that time, it had gone only from Fairbanks to North Pole for my daily commute, with some grocery stops, and had only accumulated 300 miles. Two tows and two attempted repairs later, now I need to get a new engine for the vehicle. The two mechanics I went to both said individually, Nissan had no business selling the vehicle in the condition it was in. Between the inexpertly rebuilt engine, the loose hoses, and the chewed-on wires, they were surprised I even managed to drive 300 miles. Now, this is a used vehicle – several months down the road, I absolutely expected repairs to be needed. 19 days/300 miles later? There’s selling a vehicle as-is, and there’s being neglectful and taking advantage of customers. Unfortunately, it is my belief that Nissan of Fairbanks is comfortable remaining in the latter category. A vehicle worth almost $20,000 at the time of sale should not need thousands of dollars in repairs less than a month after purchase. I would also think that a car dealership, branded under a company that consistently is in the top 10 leading car brands in America, could afford to ensure the vehicles on their lot are reliable before selling. This has been a horrific experience and I will be sure to never buy from any Nissan dealer again, whether it’s a Nissan vehicle or a used vehicle on their lot. I will never purchase a Nissan vehicle from any dealer. I have also recommended to everyone I have spoken to about this experience to avoid Nissan at all costs, and I will continue to do so. EDIT: To Nissan of Fairbanks and Wes's credit, they did reach back out to me in an attempt to find a resolution. After some back and forth, Wes offered to arrange for the Equinox to be towed on Saturday, and be inspected during the week by Nissan technicians. I was home all day on Saturday, phone available, and never received a call (or the tow). Probably shouldn't have been as surprised as I was. More
Brought my xterra to Nissan to have major engine work done. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into 5, they did not fix the problems my xterra had but made them worse. Upon the initial inspection done. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into 5, they did not fix the problems my xterra had but made them worse. Upon the initial inspection. I was told that I needed my rear main seal done and agreed to this fix. As well as being told my intake gasket needed to be done as well. On the third day I recieved a call from nissan stating that my intake gasket was still leaking after my engine being worked on because the intake was warped. They did not see this upon the initial inspection, disassembly or reassembly but only after they test drove it. Which means they warped my intake and didnt want to take the blame for it. I also requested that they fix my wipers due to them having power but not functioning properly. I received my car back with absolutely zero power to the windshield wipers. When I called back to explain that this is a hazard and I wanted it to be fixed. They told me that they never said the windshield wiper motor being replaced would fix my issue. But they offered to put in a new switch for $400+ with their switch being over half that cost. When in reality the part is only $60-80. Ive called the service manager multiple times with no answer but they did have the audacity to have the sales manager call me because he "heard" I was interested in a new car. Do NOT trust these hacks and DONT waste $2200 like I did. Absolutely horrible service. More
I paid 100$ for an oil change and drove all the way to Las Vegas, NV, where I got another service done when they discovered that the cvt transmission fluid had been spraying out for the last 5,000 miles b Las Vegas, NV, where I got another service done when they discovered that the cvt transmission fluid had been spraying out for the last 5,000 miles because someone from the Nissan Fairbanks did not replace the cap on my transmission fluid after they checked it.
