The staff is extremely pleasant and positive when doing business. However, it took me three visits to have repairs finished. I came to the dealership and spoke with a service representative, explaining that the RAB sensor in my rear bumper was not working. A service appointment was scheduled. I arrived for the service appointment and was told that the needed part was not in stock and would need to be ordered. A few days later I was notified that the part had been received and scheduled a service appointment. I asked how long the appointment would take as the needed work had been reviewed twice and the needed part was instock at the dealership. I was first told a time estimate was unavailable. I said I wanted to wait while the repair was made. Later that day I received a call to let me know that the job would take between 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The time seemed excessive to unplug the old sensor, plug in the new one and attach it with mastic to the inside of the bumper. More
