I brought my Forester in for a Check Engine light, they needed to keep it for a few days, so I was set up with a loaner right away. Tony, the sales person, was very helpful. He made the whole process easy. We were happy to work with Tony. However, the finance person was the one that created the difficulties. On multiple occasions, we contacted the dealership to request cancellation of the extended warranty associated with our vehicle. We were told that only Veeda, the financial person, was the only one had access to cancel it. She told me the extended warranty was canceled, but we received a formal contract of the extended warranty 2 weeks afterwards and the total principle to pay was still the same. We called the dealership, Veeda told us she would call us back but we received no phone call. We reached out to Subaru finance. They haven’t received any request or cheque yet, which means no one knows if the extended warranty has been canceled or not. This has been a waste of time and caused a lot frustration. More
