Bring the car here at service department for them to check the excessive rear end play of my Dad’s 2022 GMC Canyon. We took an uber home because they dont even have a shuttle cars available here. 15 after we drop of the truck to them they already calling my Dad and said there is nothing wrong with it. They dont even test drive the car due to time limit. So after 2 day they called us and asking us to pick up the truck. There are no repair done with the truck because they said they cannot duplicate the noise and the excessive movement of the wheel is normal. Wow! BeCareful bringing the car here people. On 6-8-22 my check engine light came on 2012 chevy surburban,. I went to auto zone and was giving code P0307. I took it to the Sahara dealership like I always do and spoke to Allen and advised him tha surburban,. I went to auto zone and was giving code P0307. I took it to the Sahara dealership like I always do and spoke to Allen and advised him that I need my spark plugs replaced and oil change. He quoted me 200-300 dollars. Later on I call and check on my car and im on hold while he is texting me that he was on the phone with warranty company. Im confused because I didnt have a warranty. In the past I did when they did some expensive repairs 2 years ago. He called me back and advised me that my total would be 1400 because I needed a engine clean and something else. I told him no please do the repairs that I requested. Allen advised me that not getting those extra repairs would not fix the problems. When I arrived back to the dealership my car was complete and I got in my car and the check engine light was still on. I went back inside to talk to allen and he took my truck to the back. He walked over to me and told me it was a faulty spark plug. I dont understand why the mechanic didnt check the engine light to make sure it was off. Then how just for oil change and spark plug replacement cost ,e $525.41. Im starting to believe that the mechanic and your service people are clearly working together to cheat people out of money. I was very upset at the service I received on this day, And Allen even trashed the paper I gave him from auto zone instead of asking if I needed it back. Poor service and robbery More

WEnt to Fairway Chevy to have AC inspected. Said I needed a new ac compressor. The advisor said they had parts in stock. I got the bill and it was $1740 dollars but only $319 for the part. It equates to $223 an hour for the 5-6 hours it took. The customer service lady said they used a book to find out how long it should take then billed a flat rate for 8 hours when it only took half the time.No labor rates posted in service area. Never told about the flat rate scam. Don't go to this business. I have gone for years and they used to charge a standard labor rate, now they try to swindle you and overcharge. Avoid this business!!!!!!! The business won't negotiate to get my money back for over charged labor fees. They do not care about customer satisfaction. I have had Chevy for 20 years, but thank goodness I am trading suburban in for Escalde. Im sure their sales guy will be upset when I tell him all for being overbilled by $500 dollars More

Complete Waste Of Time Carlos is a very bad finance manager. He had me fly in from Los Angeles, informed his sales rep, Micah, that I was approved and I could fly in and pic Carlos is a very bad finance manager. He had me fly in from Los Angeles, informed his sales rep, Micah, that I was approved and I could fly in and pick up the car I was purchasing and to make sure I bring the remainder of my down payment for the car I was purchasing. Carlos was not at the dealership so that my deal could be complete when I arrived. The sales manager was the one who informed me they could not get me financing when I flew in from Los Angeles. Needless to say, this was a total wasted trip. It’s just crazy how these horrible inexperienced finance managers such as Carlos Velandia are not being held accountable by the people who run this dealership he currently works at. All the reviews about this person are fake and not true. The fact of the matter is, he has no experience. Buyers beware. Please ask your salesperson who is in charge of your financing and if they say Carlos, walk away from this dealership and find you a more reputable dealership. More
