Horrible Service department. Brought my relatively new Outback in because every 6 minutes i was getting a message on my display that the Outback was "connecting", and i would los Brought my relatively new Outback in because every 6 minutes i was getting a message on my display that the Outback was "connecting", and i would lose calls when that message came up and audio. I might add, i am 40 minutes from the dealership. Made an appointment for 7:30am and by 10:30 was told that the technician didn't know what the issue was and had to contact Subaru directly. Was told by my service rep, Brian, that i could wait with the car, after being there for 3 hours or i could leave and within 30 minutes he would call me back to possibly bring the car back in, I waited 3 hours with no call and i called the Service department 6 times and not once got a person to speak to. On the 7th try, finally spoke to Brian who said they haven't heard back from Subaru. I told him that if i stayed as he said i could 3 hours earlier i would still be waiting. Had no answers for me except they were still waiting to hear from Subaru. What kind of a dealership doesn't know what's wrong with their cars? I was told maybe a new data module was needed but no one knew and worst of all, no return call, as promised. Horrible service department.......and this is the first time i have bought a Subaru as well. Great impression for sure. More

Purchased our Suburu from Fairway and with one exception have always taken it to Fairway for service. The one time we didn’t was because we were out of town and took it to another dealer for service. Tried to make an appointment to buy out my lease. I was told financing would take 30-60 minutes. I asked the sales person if we could go run an errand and come back and he said yes. Well as soon as we got back our spot in line got booted for someone who came in to buy a car. I understand the circumstance of them needing to keep things moving but I would have preferred the sales guy advise us not to leave because it would bump us down in line. My husband and I took off work, hired a sitter for our child and made an appointment all for us to have to sit here now from 10:30am-1:00pm. Don’t bother with appointments they mean nothing. Was transferred from department to department, then back to a computer. and the guy who sold it. Their finance manager. Levi Regions. All you get is a voicemail on his line. Tried many, many times. Of course, he'll call you back if he wants to. I haven't heard from him. That was the second car I bought from them First experience was OK. So I guess I'll have to pay the extra $5000. But boy, have I learned a lesson? I'm not a happy camper. More
