Air bag recall/replacemeu Second time in with different car for air bag replacement. I was offered loaner car both times. First time it only took 45 minutes. I waited in nice customer area and had a free snack! All staff were EXCELLENT! All staff friendly also! More

Go to Spartanburg instead of Greenville, SC I usually go to another car dealership in the area. This was my first visit to Greenville, SC. I was charged $20.00 more for the oil change compared t I usually go to another car dealership in the area. This was my first visit to Greenville, SC. I was charged $20.00 more for the oil change compared to the other dealership. My car wasn’t cleaned nor was I offered a car wash. Every time I have had my car serviced at a dealership, they do that. The young man in the Service Department was very pleasant. I will not return to Greenville, SC for any work on my Subaru. More
