I had a few choices for a VW Dealership - (1) I chose Falcone for their word of mouth recommendations (2) I chose them because they're the only VW Dealership along a bus line...renting cars or Lyft/Uber are options I know, but with non-availabilty of rental cars & ride-shares being expensive...I'll choose the bus any day! But (3) I also get to support a local business *SMILE* (4) Steve Halloran (Svc Mgr) is friendly, detailed in making sure your car is properly serviced & answers any questions I may have!
