sweet 16 I was having a very bad day because I wasn't having any luck finding a car for my son. His 16th birthday was just a few weeks away and I didn't want t I was having a very bad day because I wasn't having any luck finding a car for my son. His 16th birthday was just a few weeks away and I didn't want to disappoint him by not getting him a car. I was at the point of giving up and was trying to figure out how I was going to tell my son "Happy 16th Birthday, sorry I couldn't find you a car" I was on the verge of tears and drove by Family Auto Center. I decided to make a U-turn and give it one last shot! That was the best U-turn I've ever made! Steven greeted me in the parking lot. He could tell I was distraught. He calmed me down and reassured me he would not let me or my son down. I gave him my budget and vision of a car that my son would love. He didn't even sweat it. He found me a car with reasonable miles and a sweet price that I couldn't resist.. because of Steven I won mom of the year (in my sons eyes)! I have a happy 16 year old son and still have money in the bank! I couldn't be more pleased!!! I recommend him to all of my friends and family! Thank you Steven!
