Replaced turbocharger and secondary oil cooler on F350 Diese Service tech did a good job with a difficult task - oil was in coolant system due to oil cooler failure. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & WORKMANSHIP Had my Mustang towed in and it was looked at & diagnosed within the hour. Greg the Service Advisor was helpful & knowledgeble. I never had to call for a status as they kept me informed. The issue was getting the parts which is a Ford issue and not a Family Ford issue as they did look all over the area.
