This customer service here is terrible. We were told we could not buy a car without the Toyota Protection Plan. They are stealing $1500 from everyone who buys a car with this “mandatory” protection plan. They eventually allowed us to buy a car without it. Clifton Poe was extremely rude to us, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! He told us we could leave the dealership if we didn’t want to buy a car with the protection plan.
