Horrible Customer Service I purchased a new Tundra from them back in July 2016, I even drove 9 hours to get it. After about a month the truck developed an issue known as "rai I purchased a new Tundra from them back in July 2016, I even drove 9 hours to get it. After about a month the truck developed an issue known as "rail dust." This is when cars are transported via train and tiny particles of metal from the wheels/brakes end up all over the surface of the care. After a while they oxidize on the surface of a vehicle and my new truck had tiny rust spots all over it. My local dealership wouldn't cover it so I called and they said they would take care of it. It cost me almost $200 to get it removed and I still don't have a check nor will anyone return my calls. More
