Service department is a fiasco. I have to drive 2 hours round trip, two trips, issue still not fixed. Spent 6 hours there for them to tell me they didn't have the correct fix. I think every customer shows up at 9 for their appointment and they get to your vehicle when they can, as opposed to showing up at nine and having your vehicle worked on at 9.
