These guys are very professional and helpful and quick to get to their work. At this point, my truck seems fixed, I have had a continuing problem with my truck and been stranded with my horses three times t get to their work. I’m disgusted with Ford trucks completely. I have also had a terrible experience with Faricy in the past. It seems they are mending their ways. This visit was a good one. That being said, I did have to.go in and negotiate at the end to get the price that I thought that I would be getting, which is why I gave them a 4. However, they went over and above and gave me an even better deal for my troubles. It felt a little bit like what happens when you go in and buy a car, the fact that I did that I have to negotiate for service. Which is a little uncomfortable. I would prefer my service prices to be a little more straightforward. The people that I interacted with this time were great. More

Very happy with their customer service as they listened to my complaint about an intermittent problem. They allowed a master tech to ride with me allowing me to reproduce the problem and have it subsequent to my complaint about an intermittent problem. This will be the first stop I make when buying a new vehicle based on this kind of service. More
