It was easy to make my appointment and it was in a timely manner. Upon my arrival, several empty vehicles were in line ahead of me. After several minutes service members had the vehicles moved. I met Brent who checked me in and my vehicle went into the shop. Nice touch of being offered refreshments. It seemed in about an hour my vehicle was ready. I received a text, met with your representative, paid my bill and on my way. The only glitch in my experience is prior to coming to have my vehicle serviced, I received a call from your sales representative. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I went to his office. He was busy on the phone and he said who I was and the message he left me. I added I was in waiting room and when he was finished with his call, I would be happy to talk. He must have had a busy schedule. He came to talk and upon my vehicle being done I left Over, it was a good experience. More
