Monday morning, Salida Faricy Automotive recognized our urgency for a major and critical repair. Service Advisor Chris was excellent. He explained our options, pros and cons of each. A high $ part had to be ordered, and a return trip planned. Everything worked smoothly thereafter! Part arrived on time, repair was done several hours ahead of schedule. No un-forcast surprises. They did “advise” of a couple other repairs, but said we could wait until we got back to home base in TX. One of these repairs seems like it will address a symptom I have had for several years that TX dealers have not mentioned. I am impressed by that. Chris was able to answer and explain satisfactorily all of my numerous questions. I was very impressed with their service, and would not hesitate to use them again. More

I had a recall job done and had mentioned a ‘shimmy’ when accelerating. It was brought to my attention that the left axle assembly was throwing grease and should be replaced. I can’t tell you how thrilled I accelerating. It was brought to my attention that the left axle assembly was throwing grease and should be replaced.
