The absolute best car buying experience we have EVER had One of the first things we noticed is as we arrived at the dealership we got out of our vehicle and we were not instantly swarmed with salesman pressu One of the first things we noticed is as we arrived at the dealership we got out of our vehicle and we were not instantly swarmed with salesman pressuring us to come inside and look at inventory. We were greeted by Craig who introduced himself and asked if we wanted assistance. We explained we were curious about Jeep Grand Cherokees and that we didn't really know much about the various models. Craig without hesitation asked what I needed in a car, and he was able to identify several options to look at. Each vehicle I requested to see or drive he happily brought up - not once pressuring us to go inside and check online. During the test drive there was no pressure on sales, commitment, or too much talking about the vehicle. This was by far the best experience with a salesman we have ever had when buying a vehicle (in my husbands line of work this happens quite frequently). Negotiating for trade and price was non pressure and smooth. Only desire was the move to finance be a little quicker as this was about an hour wait with us being the first in line - but the experience itself was great. Friendly staff, no pressure at any level to commit to anything we weren't comfortable with. Highly recommend this dealer - and Craig the salesman we used. More

Great Buying Experience I had a great experience buying a car at the Faricy Boys. I really liked how my salesman Craig respected my desire to just do a quick look on my first I had a great experience buying a car at the Faricy Boys. I really liked how my salesman Craig respected my desire to just do a quick look on my first visit. I wanted to look over some features and sit in all of the seats but I didn't want to test drive the car or talk numbers. I had a lot of brands to look at and I wanted to get my choice down to just a few options before getting serious. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to talk me out of comparison shopping. He answered my questions and was very helpful explaining the features of the Jeep I was interested in. After looking at many other SUVs, I had narrowed my choice to just a few. I came back to Faricy to test drive the Jeep I was interested in and Craig helped me again. After completing the test drives of all finalists, I came back to Faricy a final time and Craig negotiated a fair deal for the Jeep I wanted. What I liked the most is how Craig conformed to how I wanted to buy instead of insisting I conform to how he wanted to sell. I can't say the same for salespeople I dealt with at other dealerships. This was a great experience and I am happy to recommend Faricy as a great place to buy a Jeep. More

I hate high pressure sales of any kind and that was not the case here. It was one of the few times I drove out of a dealership and felt like I got a fair deal. The Faricy Boys also do a great job of posting their vehicles online, so I was able to get plenty of information on the vehicle before I even showed up. More
