Honest and competitive pricing w/o a bunch of hidden fees For the previous month, every dealership (except Faricy) we contacted lied about their supposed sale price, just to get us in the door. Then they proc For the previous month, every dealership (except Faricy) we contacted lied about their supposed sale price, just to get us in the door. Then they proceeded to tell us that we didn’t qualify for the sale and raised the price several thousand dollars. The best of them raised the price $2000, but the worst almost $9000! What a waste of our valuable time! Anyone who has done an Internet search recently knows what I’m talking about. Why are these dealerships alienating their customers with sales gimmicks that only lead to hard feelings? But with the Faricy Boys, the price was the price as advertised, and they beat out all the others. We were lucky to have finally found them! It was worth the 3 hour drive to pick up our new Compass Trailhawk. Great service, great value, and without that horrible feeling that you somehow just got cheated! Thank you Nikki, Sam, and Jamie! You made this purchase easy, quick, and enjoyable! We absolutely love the Compass, but even more so now because you treated us so well! It was a pleasure doing business with you all! More

I was initially very frustrated because I had reserved a truck for test drive that I had found online which met our specific/unique requirements, only to come in and find out the info on the website (for multiple trucks, not just that one) was incorrect. With that said, and thanks to Marc Wilson, he wanted to help get me what I needed and we found a truck that met most of our requirements. Despite being at their sister store in Canon City, Marc went and got the truck that day too! He was awesome coordinating the test drive and clarifying a car damage issue, and outlining all the options for the vehicle like making it certified, pre-owned. I know I am a hard customer, but he was amicable AND forthright through the process, which I had not found elsewhere. Trust is a big deal for me, and I trusted Marc and Krekor to take care of us. I also appreciated the other staff members I interacted with such as the used car sales manager (Krekor), the extended vehicle insurance POC, and the finance contact. Overall, a great experience, and Marc's and Krekor's knowledge and willingness to make the deal was worth 5 stars--the only reason I would rate it lower was due to the incorrect info on the website as it takes a lot of time for car buyers to find the right vehicle, so what is posted should be spot on (and there were limited pics so I couldn't verify the specs).
