Service manager, Ste WARNING**DO NOT USE**DISHONEST**2 ISSUES IN 1 DROP OFF** Had some items stolen out of my SRT when it was on the lot for service. Service manager, Steve Kane. I brought this to Steves attention prior to leaving with the vehicle. Steve Kane told me he would replace it, on the spot, then I received a call back from Steve, said he was not able to. Said he "talked" to his guys about who took it. Steve told me "none of them know anything about it", NO KIDDING! Who is going to admit to it! I took the SRT in for a Power Steering Replacement, had an extended warranty. I gave all this information to Cody, he did not get it right, and when I came to pick up the SRT after I was told it was good to go, he did not file the warranty claim. I had to wait another hour for the warranty to be filed. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE!! More

This vehicle proved to be a very reliable car, had all the maintenance done at Faricy. We did not mind driving to Colorado Springs because the Faricy Boys always gave us great customer service. My husband ran across a used 2013 Chrysler 300 same color on the Faricy website. He thought he might like to upgrade a bit with the same type of car. Kerri kept in contact with us plus sent the spects on the vehicle. I had just had surgery, so it was questionable that I would be able to make the trip from Denver. We finally were able to make the trip. All worked out well. We were satisfied with the terms of the sale and of course we will continue to have our new (used) vehicle maintained by the Faricy Boys.
