Kerri was not pushy at all and was very helpful in finding us the perfect car. And as odd as it sounds, the finance officer was also very pleasant. She was very helpful in getting us a better interest rate and was not pushy with offering all the extra warranties, coverage, etc. They did a great job in fixing a couple scratches we found on the car and installing a trailer hitch. Then he left us alone completely while we spent over an hour walking the lot and doing our research. When we were ready to get more information on the two vehicles of special interest to us, we found Tom and he directed us to the lobby where he met us very shortly after. While he was putting together numbers, we had time to rehydrate, relax and talk over what we had just seen in the lot. Tom was very easy going, knowledgeable and efficient in going over the Purchase Details sheets on both vehicles. After making our decision, we were out of there in about an hour, which was pretty fast considering how busy everyone was in the showroom with customers. More
