Took time because two more customers of Scott's came into the dealership, so he was trying to help 3 of us at the same time. The running of the numbers and getting all the paperwork done also took time because they dealership was very busy. So be patient, it is not a quick in and out. More

As always, the finance people offer to sell extended warranties and such - but there was no hard sell, just a quick explanation of what they offered. So closing was quick and painless. I am particularly pleased with the tank of gas as the first new car I ever bought the dealer (the old Lakewood Fordland) actually drained the gas out after the test drive and I ran out of gas 1/4 mile from the lot. More

Good customer service I bought a used Ford truck from these guys. They were friendly and easy to work with. They fixed or replaced several items on the truck for me. The only complaint I would have is a repair had to be done over and an undiscovered wiring problem had to be repaired. They agreed to fix each without batting an eye but I had to drive down from Denver each time, which was a pain(although they have no control over where I was coming from).
