We were able to do all our negotiations over the phone and via email, including coming to an agreement on the price of my trade-in. All we had left to do was a test drive and sign paperwork when I arrived at the facility. Everything was ready to go and within 45-minutes I test drove the truck, signed paperwork, and I was on my way. This was the easiest and most professional car buying experience I've ever had. Sales used Went to buy a car that was advertised, made a reasonable offer and was laughed at said we don't negotiate ! Ok so my daughter really liked the car so Went to buy a car that was advertised, made a reasonable offer and was laughed at said we don't negotiate ! Ok so my daughter really liked the car so I sucked it up and paid the non negotiable price ( since when can you not even make an offer). But we said we wanted to check that all things worked first. That's when we found out that the car was a lower trim level than advertised, didn't have the navigation system as advertised or the rear backup camera ! When asked what's the deal, just a you caught us oops. So how about taking something off the price then, nope can't do. I'm an existing customer who gets my truck serviced there regularly, well that's the end of that. This was the poster child for the USED CAR Sales department everybody hates and makes fun of. I can't believe this sales manager is employed there! Worst I have ever been treated. More
