In the beginning we were trying to factory order a Jeep but unfortunately the color was no longer available; Then, we decided to purchase a used vehicle and Jack explained the difference between the certified pre owned vehicles and pre owned vehicles. Finally, we decided to factory order a 2017 Jeep Wrangler but ended up purchasing a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Red Rock Edition. It was a big decision and Jack was fantastic to help us out. After spending my Saturday shopping for vans that I had researched online we made our way to Faricy boys to look at a town and country. We were greeted by Dave and boy was he ready to retire! Even though I was the one buying the van he shook hands with my male friend and totally ignored me (even when my friend pointed out I was the one buying the van). The van was the best deal we found but I was concerned about the tires. The showed dry rot on all tires but Dave swore the tires were in good shape. We were told multiple times they were very busy because of the hail storm so maybe that's why the customer service was awful, they figured if I walked out they would still make a sale. More
