Kerri worked hard to make our experience a good one. We first met on Saturday July 13 when we arrived at the Faricy Boys dealership about 20 minutes before closing. We came back on Monday evening and she facilitated a great test drive in a black Jeep Rubicon Unlimited 10th Anniversary model. She ensured that both my husband and I got a good feel for the vehicle. Again pressing towards closing time, she addressed our questions about finding other 10th anniversary models other than black and made commitments to communicate her findings the next morning. Thank God, the anvil model we thought was sold became available. We came back on Tuesday evening to purchase it. Kerri walked us through the options and the paperwork. We ordered accessories that would have to be installed. She then proposed that we come back on Thursday to pick up the vehicle. But we were hoping to pick up the Jeep the next day, Wednesday, to celebrate our 2 year anniversary of moving to Colorado [July 17, 2011]. Even though Wednesday was her day off, Kerri agreed to meet us at 6pm that evening for pick up and a run through of the dashboard. We were thrilled. Lastly, we discovered after the purchase that some of the accessories we ordered [hitch/wiring & rear mud flaps] were not readily available -- and additionally we learned that our choices now in these areas could impact later choices regarding lift and wheels [different bumper]. So we asked to cancel those accessories. Kerri promptly took care of the cancellation and promised a refund. Kerri also took action to remove some light stains my husband identified on the back seat. Kerri was so responsive to us and addressed every concern we raised. We appreciate all that she did to understand and meet our needs and timetable. More
