We were warmly greeted by Kerri Hill as soon as we stepped out of our car. Our intention was just to look at Wranglers. Kerri asked if we had previously owned a Jeep. We had, a Jeep Liberty. The sticking point was color and lack of navigation. Kerri took the initiative to contact a dealer in Denver and found a Liberty with a great color and navigation. She went the extra mile by bringing the new car to our house for us to look over before making a final decision and picked up our trade in for evaluation. Nothing like wish fulfillment to sign on the dotted line! More

I recently bought a new Jeep Wrangler fromThe Faricy Boys. Kerry Hill was the sales associate I worked with through the process. Kerri was outstanding!! I initially met her when the store was closed or in the process of closing one night during a snowstorm. I was unaware that the dealership was closing for the night. I wandered into the showroom and shortly thereafter ran into Kerri. We talked about what I was looking for and she immediately went to work looking in her inventory, on the internet and giving me brochures. She never once mentioned that they had closed 20 minutes earlier and didn't rush me at all. After I realized the dealership was closed I apologized and left for the evening. Since I had done a tremendous amount of research, I knew what type of vehicle, color, price, and trim my family wanted. Several days later I stopped by the dealer and talked to Kerri again. She bent over backwards trying to find the vehicle that I had spec'd out. When we couldn't find the right Jeep she offered numerous alternatives even tracking down a jeep that had our second color choice in New Mexico. I left for the evening because I needed to discuss the situation with my family. In the meantime, Kerri kept on working to find the Jeep that would make us the happiest. The next afternoon Kerri called saying they had found a Jeep that met my specifications perfectly. A week later we picked the Jeep up at the Faricy Boys and have been extremely happy! More

My husband and I purchased an oil change package for our car less than a year ago and used 2 of the 4 to date. The car we had used them on completely died and we purchased a new car 2 months ago. We went in for an oil change today and were told we could only use them on the old car as the oil changes are attached to the VIN number. We explained that the car was taken to a junk yard and not in our possession anymore, but they did not care at all. I asked to see where it states this policy in our paperwork and was told it doesn't state it anywhere, but it is policy. I went to their website and pulled up the same deal we purchased, and it doesn't say that in the disclaimer at all. We waited for 45 minutes to speak with a manager, but he was "busy" and we ended up leaving. Poor customer service! More

Tom made me feel so at ease. I told him what I wanted, and he showed me the Jeeps, took me on a little four wheel track, and was very professional. Dave, the gentleman that handled all my paperwork was a superb man. He was so organized, and this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. There was not jerking me around, and everything was up front. When I left with my new Jeep, I was pleased to know that it was a done deal the minute I drove off the lot. It is nice to know if I need anything concerning my Jeep that Tom is just a phone call away. I new he was true to his word with his customers.
