Went in to buy a used car. I already had several cars in mind but the main one that I was looking at was bought the same morning. Ended up finding another car that fit my needs. Jim Carroll was very friendly and helpful with my trade in and inquiries. The only bad thing was how long all of the paper work took. We were there for a little over 4 hours. First hour was finding a car but the 3+ hours was for the paper work. I didn't mind waiting that long because it was already exciting enough getting a new car, but knew from friends and family that they didnt have to wait that long at other dealerships for their paper work to be completed. Would highly recommend this dealership though. The initial process of finding a good dealership online was stressfull because most places have below average reviews. Was iffy about this dealership since there were so many positive reviews, but come to find out, everything holds up and made they buying process comfortable. Most of the complaints I read were about how long the service department takes for simple fixes, but that of course did not affect the buying process. More
