The service I received at the Colorado Springs Faricy Boys was outstanding. From the lady who answered the phone to make my appointment to the detailer (Anthony Deguchi) who cleaned a smudge off my headliner I always felt like I was dealing with professionals. Although my issue was minor, I was concerned about getting the old run around you hear about when folks take their cars to a dealership for warranty work. At the Faricy Boys it’s nothing like that. The service representative (Bob Hoover), the service tech (Gaston Retallick), and the service manager (Aaron Captain) all made me feel they were sincerely concerned about my vehicle problem and would do whatever was necessary to fix it. I had my 04 Jeep Wrangler in for service a while back. I asked them to check the brakes while I was there. I figured for the over $1100 total bill they could at least tell me that. My service rep said they were fine, I said great because I might drive it up Pike's Peak some day. This was less than 4K miles ago. My wife just started complaining the brakes sounded bad, but had to drive to Denver to return my grandparent's to the airport. Sure enough the rotors are dug into from the brakes. I could have had a serious accident on Pike's Peak with my grandparent's in the car as I was there last weekend. Now I have to replace the rotors and brakes. I am not happy with this dealership. For as much money as my visit cost, very poor service. More

My purchase was via the Employee Purchase plan so I avoided this fee. Therefore my rating was only reduced to OK. I would have taken my business elsewhere to avoid these fees, and probably cost Chrysler a sale. (But I seem to be in the minority on this issue, for some reason.) More

Kerri Hill was the first person I visited with when I walked on the lot. I had an idea what I was looking for and she did a great job of showing me the options. I wanted a Grand Cherokee configuration that they did not have on the lot. There was no push to buy something they already had and she went and found what I was looking for. When I showed up to close the deal, the car and Kerri were ready for me and I never had to wait. I was offered warranty options at closing, but it was never pushed. The price offered was right in line with the Consumer Reports target price. This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. More
