I recently was searching for a used vehicle on the Faricy Boys website when I came across a beautiful car. Within hours I was on their lot being served by Marc and Nick. I have purchased numerous vehicles from dealers in the past and the experiences have left me hesitant to do so again. That was until I met the team at Faricy Boys, I did not feel like a hard, high pressure sale but rather they answered all of my questions with ease, without being pushy, and really giving me time to make the best decision possible for my family. Once the decision was made to purchase the SUV I had been looking at, they let me take it home for the weekend to get a feel for it... something I had never been able to do before so I was really thankful for that... and so was my wife! Trust me guys, when you have a dealer that allows you to test drive a vehicle for the whole weekend, it really brings comfort to your wife and allows time to make a good decision and not a spontaneous one. I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee or Liberty. I'm a recent Widow, and this is the first Car/SUV I've bought on my own. You know the drill. Just there to listen to what I wanted. He did his VERY best to get in what I wanted for the right price. My purchase wasn't a shotgun purchase. I visited Craig for at least 1 month, before I bought my Jeep. And even after 1 month of seeing me, and not purchasing a vehicle, he was always the same nice guy. Didn't matter if I bought or not. We were able to test drive the vehicle two days in row, and Tom also demonstrated the Liberty's performance on the Faricy Boys off-road track. Tom was very patient, and helped us work through their efficient process. The customer service at Faricy Boys is really superb. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, and the employees' experience and professionalism made the entire experience painless. When I first arrived to the faircy boys on Saturday November 19th I was greeted by Mike Mason. He introduced himself with a smile and was very friendly. We conversated about family and our plans for the holidays he was personable and made my family and I comfortable. Mike takes pride in what he does and is fantastic! My overall experience was amazing I couldn't imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else.
