Overall I had a good experience at Faircy. I wish they had the new 2012 book when I ordered my Jeep. My only regret is that I wish I wouldn't have agrred to the extended warranty service; I felf I was rus had the new 2012 book when I ordered my Jeep. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The deal was done in a timely manner which was a change from previous vehicle purchases at other dealerships. They offered me a fair trade for my vehicle. In fact, when the other dealership was told the price of the jeep I was interested in, I was told by the salesperson to "run and don't walk because it was a great deal and they( their dealership) could never beat the price the Faircy Bros were offering.
