I have been bringing my jeep to Faricy since I bought it from Carmax. Carmax screwed me over left and right so I was looking for a better place to get my jeep repaired. While the Faricy Boys have really good prices for service rates and parts, their customer service was decidedly lacking. I sent numerous emails to Larry and Aaron becuase I had problems reaching them by phon rates and parts, their customer service was decidedly lacking. They ignored my emails for a week and forced me to try repeatedly to call them to get the status on my repairs. Their fire and forget mentality meant that I had to coordinate between Faricy Boys and another dealership who was paying for repairs. If I hadn't, they would still have my Jeep. Maybe I should swing by and pick up my check for the hours spent coordinating my repairs. If you don't mind poor customer service, everything else about the Faricy Boys seems great. However, I'll find someone else the next time I need repairs. Customer Service is very important to me and I'll pay extra for it with repeat business. More

Kerri Hill was excellent. She was very patient and went out of her way to help me find the Jeep that I wanted. I informed Kerri that I would probably order a jeep (2012) rather then buy one off of the lot out of her way to help me find the Jeep that I wanted. I informed Kerri that I would probably order a jeep (2012) rather then buy one off of the lot (2011) but still wanted to test drive several of the ones she had available. This was not an issue with Kerri and I test drove several jeeps on extended test drives before finally deciding to order a 2012 and she was very patient with me the whole way through. Kerri took the time needed to make buying my new Jeep as pleasant as possible. She was very courteous and professional during the sale and put me, the customer first.
