Working with Tom has been the easiest, fastest, and best service, from beginning to end, that I've ever experienced from a dealer. Not only has Steve (the finance guy) given me an exceptional APR, he worked through all of my questions and concerns without judgement or pushing me out the door. My new Jeep came with a few transmission issues, but Tom quickly put me into a rental and at no cost to me replaced the entire transmission and even fixed a window switch. We noticed a 2002 Tahoe as we were leaving another dealership on Saturday evening. I emailed for the internet price and recieved a nice response. On Monday evening I called to see if we could come s dealership on Saturday evening. I emailed for the internet price and recieved a nice response. On Monday evening I called to see if we could come see the Tahoe. We arrived about 7:00PM and were greeted by Ron Kanard. He asked if we wanted to take a test drive, and we did. He got the keys and a dealer plate, and told me to be back by 8PM when they close! My wife and I were able to check the Tahoe from top to bottom and front to back. This would be our second Tahoe, as our first one was totaled in an accident last year. We returned and to Ron that we wanted to discuss the numbers. Steve from the finance office stopped by to tell us about the optional service and powertrain agreements. Since it was after 8, we asked if we could finish the next day. They agreed, and we returned with a check the following evening. The verbal agreements were as solid as a rock. At no time was there any attempt to pad the numbers or sway us into anything we didn't want. Our price on the sales contract was exactly the same as the verbal agreement that we agreed to on the previous evening. What a refreshing experience to be so comfortable at a dealership. Nick handled the paperwork and he was as honest as the day is long. A pleasant experience. No pressure, no games and a dealership where your word is a good as you are. This was my first experience with the Faricy Boys, but I will be buying my next vehicle from them as well. Who knows, maybe I'll decide to trade my Hummer in for a Jeep someday!
