We called the dealership and told them what we were looking for. They replied that they had exactly what we were interested in, so we drove the hour to the dealership. Working with Tom has been the easiest, fastest, and best service, from beginning to end, that I've ever experienced from a dealer. Not only has Steve (the finance guy) given me an exceptional APR, he worked through all of my questions and concerns without judgement or pushing me out the door. My new Jeep came with a few transmission issues, but Tom quickly put me into a rental and at no cost to me replaced the entire transmission and even fixed a window switch.
