We weren't sure we were going to buy a new Jeep at first because we really liked the Jeep we had, but our son and daughter-in-law, who had worked with Shannon, encouraged us to try Faricy Boys.....even if w because we really liked the Jeep we had, but our son and daughter-in-law, who had worked with Shannon, encouraged us to try Faricy Boys.....even if we were just looking. When we met with Jack he understood all of this and did not pressure us into making a decision. He allowed us the freedom to keep coming back and asking questions, without any pressure to decide. Then when we started to test drive the new Jeeps, he let us try different models (sometimes more than once) and continued to answer questions and give options, including the option to oder a new Jeep with just what we wanted in it. Coming across Faricy Boys in Colorado Springs has been the best of 7 Jeep purchases to date- Shannon took my initial call and answered my initial questions, Jack handled the paperwork and Ryan followed up with excellent customer service and oversight of my transaction. As a detailed oriented Jeep buyer, (and someone who likes to communicate often with the sales department on status of my paperwork) the Internet Department of the Faricy Boys always took my call AND had answers for me. Great overall experience. I did not go through the normal annoying back and forth for a few buck here and there. I got the car I wanted and the best price in town (researched extensively).
