Great buying experience In all my years of purchasing cars, this was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. We purchased a 2016 Sorento. They went out of their way In all my years of purchasing cars, this was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. We purchased a 2016 Sorento. They went out of their way to get the car from their other store in Littleton. They did what other dealers wouldn't do....give us a higher price for our car and a lower price on theirs. Everything was VERY low pressure. Grant was a great salesperson to work with and Brian, one of the owners, was one of the best people I have ever had to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership and just hope their service department is equally as good. More

I was a picky customer I drove an upgraded Forte and loved it but wanted to save some cash and asked them to bring in a lower-priced model that did not have the upgrades. T I drove an upgraded Forte and loved it but wanted to save some cash and asked them to bring in a lower-priced model that did not have the upgrades. They did and I took delivery and drove it for a day and hated it. The upgrade included a much nicer seat with lumbar support that really made the car fun to drive. The low-end model had a simple seat and a killer headrest that kept poking me in the head. Also, I did not really like the color when I saw it in person. So I took it back. And they said, "No problem!" There _was_ extra paperwork and I did have to pay for the upgrade. But as far as the dealership was concerned, it was no big deal. They drove the car down from Denver for me- because I asked them to. And then I didn't want it. And it was no big deal. Pretty good for a dealership. I would definitely recommend Peak Kia. More

Peak Kia sucks I will start by saying we bought a Kia Sportage from this same dealership a year ago when it was Dave Solon Kia and it was a great experience. Since I will start by saying we bought a Kia Sportage from this same dealership a year ago when it was Dave Solon Kia and it was a great experience. Since then, they changed ownership and are now known as Peak Kia. Terrible move! I didn't realize how bad this move was until we went in there and tried to trade in my truck for another Kia. We talked over a couple of options and it came time to talk value of the truck. My truck is not perfect but it is a good truck with low mileage. They offered me $7,500 for my truck and when I questioned them on it, they didn't bat an eye. I told them it was a ridiculous offer and that I knew they would turn around and have it on the lot for $13-14K. They didn't even argue the fact. I got my keys back after having to suffer thru management trying to tell me why it was such a great deal. I told them I would not be buying anything from them in the near future. Now I have had 2 calls in a week asking me where my mind is on buying from them. lol My mind is still in the same place...not gonna happen in the near future until they make me a reasonable offer on my truck. And even then, I would probably show elsewhere. Don't waste your time with this amateur bunch. More
