I bought a Jeep Wrangler for my daughter upon her graduation from USMA last spring and thought I’d take a minute to pass on some feedback about my experience with Farrish Jeep, and in particular with graduation from USMA last spring and thought I’d take a minute to pass on some feedback about my experience with Farrish Jeep, and in particular with Shane Nebel. Shane was the salesman I connected with, first via the internet, and then on the showroom floor. He was extremely polite and very helpful as this was my first Jeep purchase. We test drove two models, and my daughter knew what she wanted. She also had some pretty specific options she desired, so first Shane searched an extended geographical area trying to locate a suitable match. When he could not seem to find just the right one, he suggested we place an order direct with the factory. I have bought a number of vehicles over the years and do not particularly ‘relish’ the process. As such, Shane and I had a very short negotiation period before we reached what I know to be a VERY reasonable, OTD, price. He met with his manager and within minutes, we drew up the contract and placed the vehicle on order. Shane also took the initiative to coordinate with the factory and followed up with me periodically to let me know the status of the vehicle from the assembly line through transit to arrival at the dealership. He was personally involved with the delivery and helped expedite the final paperwork; the smile on my daughter’s face the day she picked up her brand new red Wrangler is priceless. Even though she’s stationed out of the State, Shane and the folks at Farrish have followed up with us, and in one instance took the time to track her down to ensure she was aware of a factory recall item. I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wranger Unlimited Sport. At several other nearby Jeep dealers we visited, the salesmen were bunched up out on the lot and where ready to pounce on you before you could get out of your car. These salesmen were extremely pushy and must of thought that today's consumer is stupid.
