I had a great experience buying a new Dodge from Farrish. I contacted John over the phone after test driving a Charger at another dealer (the other dealer was a pain in the a@@ to deal with). Simon showed us each one of those, explained what each one had and didn't have, and the price difference. There is no pressure and no rush. At the end, my son decided to go for a custom made jeep. We got our specifications in. Simon kept us updated on the status. We really enjoyed our purchase experience. The manufacture work on the jeep is not very detailed. The fixing on the roof was loose and caused the roof to leak, the carpet lining on the car floor popped up at the edge. These annoyances should not exist for a car of this price. But the customer service at Farrish was great. Simon arranged to put a temporary fixing so my son can drive the car while the dealer fixing the permanent one. He also took care of other annoyances. He made the effort and took the time to make sure things are fixed/adjusted right. We really appreciated his dedication to quality and customer service. We wish the folks at the jeep factory were all like Simon. More

The mgr approached my salesman with an offer about $500 less than I wanted. The salesman, without even approaching me, told him I had to have the additional $500 on my trade...no problem. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a vehicle trade. I would highly recommend this dealer. The salesman was superb. Before talking to me he found the vehicle I wanted at another dealer and worked out a way to get the options I wanted. John is one of the best car salesmen I've dealt with. More

Simon and all his colleagues at Farrish were terrific. We had been to a few dealerships and Farrish was by far the most eager to help, knew the most, and were the most gracious. I used the internet to find the best deal and Farrish had the best information, the best response, (I got the internet price within minutes of my request--at 11;30pm on a Sunday night and I had an email from Simon Chu by 9am the next morning) and never stopped reaching out to make sure we had what we needed. When we came to the dealership at 7:30pm (a half hour late due to terrible traffic) to see the car we were interested in, Simon was at the door to greet us with a smile on his face. The car was ready for a test drive and three hours later we drove away in exactly the car we wanted. To make this happen, they worked with us after the dealership had officially closed, 90 minutes later than usual on a Monday night. No one complained--they bent over backwards to make the deal happen. I would have liked more for my trade but they worked with me to get pretty close to my target, close enough that I could buy the new car. Overall everyone we dealt with was great! Every single person! I would definitely go back to Farrish and will recommend them to anyone who is interested. More
