I had a great experience overall pertaining to the sales staff, as well as the Director of Finance. This is the second purchase I've made from a Farrish dealership (the previous one was with the used cars) and I was hoping that they'd at least bring a fully detailed car.... However, we did exchange a few emails and I was quite satisfied with the information he provided me, so I went to see him. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to make several recommendations regarding what to get (trim level, engine size). Kudos to him because he sold me my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I would send anyone to see him. If he doesn't know an answer, he knows where to find it. He is very outgoing and friendly as well. Catherine Murphy was able to provide me with all of the finance information, extended warranty, and other add-on items (LoJack, for example). While it took a bit of time with her (all the signatures, going over the options), she still did it quite effectively and should also be commended for her work. She may not be the one who does the sales, but as a supporting person in this role she too deserves some credit for her work. I would be very happy to send people to Farrish of Fairfax for their new car needs. More
