Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I went to two other Dodge dealership before visiting Farrish, looking for the truck I wanted. I was being really specific. One of the other dealership just did not have the truck, the other was pretty Farrish, looking for the truck I wanted. I was being really specific. One of the other dealership just did not have the truck, the other was pretty rude at times - Saying the truck I wanted (with the requested options) did not exist and was quick to point out "nothing was free" when discussing options I wanted vice what he wanted me to take. Neither was the at Farrish -THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS GREAT! Took longer than I expected to finish up the paperwork, but no fault of the staff's and it was well worth the wait. I really think this dealership sets the standard for all others to follow...Regardless of the manufacturer. NONE BETTER THAN FARRISH AND I COUND NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY PURCHASE! More

Everybody at Farrish was very friendly this is my 2nd Jeep from Farrish and the reason why I go back is the customer service. The overall experience was wonderful all parties involved made sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted and they made sure I was 100% completely satisfied. The price was great, it took some work to get to the price that I wanted, but Simon and Justin Hoffman were willing to work with me to get me to where I wanted to be, so that's all that matters. I would definitley recommend Farrish to my friends and family and I would certainly recommend Simon Chu. More

We chose Farrish over the Internet based on ZAG pricing found through AOL Autos. The price was by far the best of all the local dealers we were looking at. Farrish also seemed to have the largest selecti found through AOL Autos. The price was by far the best of all the local dealers we were looking at. Farrish also seemed to have the largest selection of Jeeps in stock on their lot among the local dealers. When we called to set up an appointment to go in, Justin Hoffman and Simon Chu were very accomodating. The price was truly no haggle, and hassle free. In person Simon was especially helpful in having the vehcile we were interested in ready for us to test driveand in showing us the car. We arrived late at night before closing, and when we decided to purchase the vehicle Simon was terrific about playing with our young child while we did the paperwork. Overall, the Farrish team was great, and accomodated our desire to wrap up the paperwork very quickly so we could get our child home to bed. Nor did they try sell us any needless extras, which we much appreciated given our time constraints. We haven't yet had a need to go in for any vehicle service, but the customer service during the sale was as great as the price. More
