We chose Farrish over the Internet based on ZAG pricing found through AOL Autos. The price was by far the best of all the local dealers we were looking at. When we called to set up an appointment to go in, Justin Hoffman and Simon Chu were very accomodating. The price was truly no haggle, and hassle free. In person Simon was especially helpful in having the vehcile we were interested in ready for us to test driveand in showing us the car. We arrived late at night before closing, and when we decided to purchase the vehicle Simon was terrific about playing with our young child while we did the paperwork. Overall, the Farrish team was great, and accomodated our desire to wrap up the paperwork very quickly so we could get our child home to bed. Nor did they try sell us any needless extras, which we much appreciated given our time constraints. We haven't yet had a need to go in for any vehicle service, but the customer service during the sale was as great as the price. More

I visited another local Jeep dealership prior to Farrish and based on my experience at my first visit, Simon was more professional, courteous and had a wealth of knowledge of the 2011 Grand Cherokee (GC). There was never any pressure and I was able to view and test drive different GCs to create my GC. Simon was patient and worked with me for the past month until I was ready to purchase the GC. I never felt any pressure from Simon. This has only been my second vehicle purchase in life and working with Simon and Farrish was a good experience. Out of the four dealerships I visited around the NOVA area that day, I was most impressed with Miguel and Farrish. I would especially recommend checking out Farrish if you're interested in purchasing a jeep, because based on my experience, the staff appeared to have the most background knowledge on jeeps of any of the dealerships I visited in Fairfax, VA. The other dealerships I visited had staff that were uneducated on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, couldn't answer my questions, didn't think they could order what I wanted, or were a combination of socially awkward / downright rude. At one particular location, the dealer wanted to talk more about how successful he was, and how I should look around and know that he obviously did a good business based on the size of his car lot... I was outta there quick. Miguel was easy to talk to, able to answer all of my questions, and was willing to negotiate. Miguel also kept me updated on where my car was in the production and shipping process, and got back to me every time I emailed him. Since I was ordering a new car, I was worried I would be kept waiting for more than 2-3 months (after a bad experience). Miguel worked with his management to draw up an agreement that would allow me to get my deposit back if I hadn't received the vehicle in a certain amount of time. Needless to say, I got the vehicle in the desired timeframe! I hate car shopping with a passion, but interacting with Miguel and the financing staff/management at Farrish made it very easy.
