Debby Hefty was great, she didn't put a lot of pressure on me and was very pleasant to deal with before, during and after the transaction. There were some technical questions, which she answered promptly. She followed up to make everything was okay after the deal was done. I was very impressed and satisfied with the whole experience. Had never been in the sales side of Farrish Jeep, but brought our Dodge Grand Caravan to the service side many years ago. Anyway, met Oscar as I walked into the dealership. He asked what I was looking to test drive and very specifically told him the Renegade Trailhawk. He promptly got the keys after taking a photocopy of my license. Oscar thoroughly explained the Renegade both before and during the test drive. During the extensive test drive both on back roads and the highway, I got a good feel for this vehicle. Funny that I could never see myself driving a Jeep, until I was actually driving it. I enjoyed the test drive and vehicle, as well as Oscar's excellent assistance and answering of questions about the vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership, I took Oscar's card and thanked him for his time. Though it is unlikely I will purchase that vehicle, Farrish Jeep earned my trust and will receive recommendations to others who are looking to purchase a Jeep or one of the other vehicles that are sold here. Ask for Oscar when you come to this dealership and he'll take care of your vehicle needs. More

Add to that an incredibly knowledgeable and personable sales representative, Chris Lamb, who let the car sell itself, and the entire process couldn't have been easier or more pleasurable. We were welcomed upon arrival to the dealership, and Chris spent some time asking about our needs and what we were looking for. He gave us detailed explanations of the Cherokee's features and functionality, and showed us how everything worked before taking a test drive. We decided to buy the Cherokee Trailhawk, and again were impressed with the process. There were no hard sell tactics for add-ons and the focus of the entire team seemed to be on taking care of the customer. The follow up also has been tremendous. We would highly recommend Chris for anyone looking to purchase a small/mid SUV, and we really love the Cherokee Trailhawk we purchased from Safford. More
Trustworthy employees who care about the customer I've been working with Debbie for a few months to find the right car for my Fiance and I. It was not an easy task since we didn't know exactly what we wanted to purchase. Debbie would send me cars weekly, and as we narrowed our search for the right vehicle, she would send me cars that matched what I wanted. Eventually she found the right fit, and we went in to purchase the vehicle. We had a last minute change to our appointment that we scheduled with Debbie, and unfortunately could not meet with her. However, we met with her business partner, Tarek, and found him to be honest and patient. He walked us through both the inside and outside of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Overall this was a great experience. We did not get the typical salesman treatment that we received from other dealerships, they are upfront and honest. More

Even with my limited car buying experience I can honestly say that my view is akin to having a root canal. The few experiences that I did have to endure were typically hours long and in most cases an all day event fraught with awful marching band music played at stadium level decibels with balloons flying all over the showroom, babies crying ( and who could blame them ) bright lights and indignant sales people. I am delighted to report that my experience with Debbie and the staff and surroundings at Farrish were the complete opposite. Debbie is a knowledgeable, courteous professional and a pleasure to deal with. She was prepared to provide all of the information that I requested and any question that I had. I know that I was treated fairly and received a great deal. The whole experience was painless and I completed the process in about two hours from test drive to completion. I cannot say enough about Debbie. She is a true asset to Farrish and a model sales professional that all car sales people should strive to emulate. If you have to buy a car this is the place you should start with as I do not think you will have to visit any other dealerships. Lisa Drake Fairfax Virginia More

We dealt with Tarek Khoury and whilst the overall dealings with him were very pleasant his transparency is rather questionable which we don't consider good business. He gave us enough time to think about the purchase and did not hassle us into buying it which was great; however it wasn't until after we agreed on the car sale and us returning to Farrish to proceed that he outlined there was only one key fob that came with the car, let alone mentioning the costs involved to get a new one. Admittedly we are not too car savvy and were quite ignorant to the costing of such key fob but stressed that we needed two keys. We were led to believe that he would sort us out with a second set and all we had to do is to arrange service appointment to get the fob programmed. In good faith of being "looked after" we arranged the appointment and having waited for over an hour to get the second key programmed (still being unaware of the actual costs of it), we were in for quite a surprise getting charged $211, that being including a "discount". We tried speaking to Tarek at that time who said there is nothing he can do and the manager was out of town to discuss but would call us beginning of the following week. Therefore we had to pay. Now if we had known we get hit with that bill we would have made the second key fob part of our initial negotiations that we also believed to be standard no matter if a new or used car. Another colleague of Tareks - who we had great dealings with buying our first car from - tried also mediating (and considering that she initiated our return to upgrade) but other than the sympathetic "my hands are tied and you got the key at our internal discounted price" there was apparently not much that could have been done. We are technically still due to a phone call from the manager directly but guess that's no longer happening either. All in all this experience left us quite disappointed and we didn't expect that from Farrish considering we were "valued customers' having returned twice within a year. Transparency is everything for us and thats why we initially came back to Farrish but rest assured we will be taking our business elsewhere next time if one gets this sort of treatment. More
Deceptive Advertising on their Website I am in sales. I know every trick in the book for upping the sales commission but in the end the best way to treat people is honest and fair. Buying a I am in sales. I know every trick in the book for upping the sales commission but in the end the best way to treat people is honest and fair. Buying and selling cars is no different even in the days of the internet According to reviews, I guess that I should have dealt with Debbie. I did my research online and located 8 almost identical Jeeps in the area like the one that I wanted. Farrish had an internet price higher than the other dealerships around but I thought this would give me room to negotiate. FALSE. Not only would they not negotiate, they upped the online advertised price by $995 for "Freight" that was already included in the invoice as "Destination Charge". Throw in another $599 for mandatory "Processing" and now we are $1600 higher than the advertised price or 40% less than the discount stated. When the salesman started with "and you may not qualify for that interest rate on a lease" I got up and walked out. I was pre approved by Chrysler before I ever left my home. More
