I was lucky and fortunate to walk into the dealer when it was closing and meet with Saleswoman Debbi Hefty. I asked about the 300c Chrysler for sale and she was very helpful. She drove the car from another lot and let me look at the vehicle. The dealer was closed and at no time was I rushed. She gave me an impression instantly of someone I could trust. I came back the next day and to test drive and look at the car further. She was straight forward with all information and at no time did I feel any pressure to buy. My wife and kids where with me and they all enjoyed a connection with Debbie. I did purchase the car and would recommend her to anyone in the VA area or elsewhere, because I drove from Jersey to get this car. More

They already had my vehicle in the auction before I signed the final paper work. They mis led about finance and cost me several thousand at the end. Very in ethical and never came forth to explain. I am an educated 60 yr old who got swindled. Horrible experience. Sales Director is just a title not a person with integrity and backbone. Did not see this coming. Just an absolute liar Cheeter and week man who is self serving. I am ashamed that I worked with this dealership. I got screwed. My fault. There will be another just don't let it be you. They are liars. More
