Smooth and efficient process to purchase a used Jeep I found the Jeep that I had been looking for on the Farrish Jeep web site and sent a request for more information. Within a very short time, I had received an email and phone call from Debbie Hefty, one of the sales people from the dealership. Debbie provided me with all of the information that I had requested and we were able to quickly come to an agreement on the price for the Jeep. We scheduled an appointment for a test drive for the next day. When I showed up, Debbie was ready to come out for a test ride with me. She took her time and let me explore the Jeep, all the while adding in pertinent details about this model of Jeep based on her personal experiences. She definitely made me feel at ease with the purchase process and the quality of this vehicle. I ended up purchasing the Jeep later that afternoon, for the price that we agreed upon. Most impressively, Julius stayed well after the dealership closed as we completed paperwork and he helped us familiarize ourselves with our new Cherokee. If we stay in the area long enough and required another new automobile, we'll almost certainly return to Farrish and seek out Julius. Exceptional experience. More
