My best car buying experience I have purchased more vehicles than I can count; both personal and business. I usually do not look forward to the process. In this instance, I requested certain issues be taken care of prior to delivery. I wanted a couple of special edition, (large), decals be removed and that the dual cloth top be removed from the vehicle. I was to receive a modest credit for this. The sales person, Alishia Ellison, with the support of John Grundy accommodated my request. I was very impressed with friendly and professional attitude of Alishia and John. She was knowledgable and showed me features on the Jeep Cherokee I was unaware of. One week later I came back and she had two cars brought out so I could compare colors. Decided on a very nice 75th Anniversary Edition and got a very good price from John Grudy the Sales Manager. Paperwork was easy and quick. The dealership and Alishia went the extra mile for my business and arranged to have the vehicle delivered to a local shop for a hand brake modification. I would recommend Farrish to anyone seeking a hassle free experience,, a large inventory to choose from, and a good deal. More

New Wrangler I found the Wrangler I wanted here and I contacted the new sales dept. Aleshia was the a sales expert I delt with. The dealer that took care of me was Debbie Hefty and was extremely professional, caring, and open with me and my mom who was there to help make the decision making a little easier seeing as though when I went to other dealerships in Woodbridge, VA were disappointing and very unprofessional. Debbie treated me like a normal human being, made sure the car was properly taken care of when I bought the vehicle (financed is the word), and never once complained on how long it took to make a sale. Everyone else inside the dealership were also very friendly and energetic to make the sale happen as I will refer anyone I know to that dealership. More
