In addition, the process to see the Jeep, receive an appraisal on my trade-in, agree on price, and finance the purchase may have been the fastest I've experienced in any dealership - and I've purchased 53 cars in the past. Poor Customer Service Bought a new Wrangler Sahara. The vehicle was not clean when I picked it up. Outside was dirty--inside there were mud covered paper mats. I had to go to YOUTUBE to figure out the instrument panel, the 4x4, how to take the top off, etc. The dealership was supposed to take the soft top off. They did not. I had to return and wait for an hour while they did the work. I was supposed to receive canvas bags for my Freedom Panels. I did not. I had to contact the dealership then stop by again to get them. Thought my license plates were being mailed to me. Waited 3 weeks then finally contacted the salesperson. Instead of apologizing or offering to drop them in the mail she sent me back a two line e-mail implying it was my fault. Her e-mail did not address me by name, call me Mr. Ryan or Sir, it read, simply: "You were supposed to come pick them up. They have been here since the 31st." So....my plates had been sitting at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. How I supposed to know they were there is beyond me. No one took 30 seconds to call and say "your'e plates are here." I have tried to be patient and give this place the benefit of the doubt and to his credit, the Sales manager has called to apologize for various hiccups but the small things add up over time. The bottom line is I gave them $33,000 of my hard earned money and they did not pay attention to the small details that make for good customer service. More

Great Place to buy a car. Wayne Shaffer is the best car salesman I have ever deal with. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. They also went out of their way to bring in a car I liked that match my specifications, from another dealership. They had a good selection there at Farrish btw- it was only chance they didn't have what I wanted, but they do have a solid selection. Lastly, my credit sucked, but they were still able to get me financed with a reasonable amount down. Obviously, you should only ever go buy a car if you like the car in question. So if you're a Ford or a Honda guy, sure, this probably isn't the place for you. But hypothetically, if you are considering or favoring getting a dodge, jeep, or ram? I can honestly say that this is the best place to go. I visited a couple other dealerships and wasn't satisfied with much of what other dealerships had to offer. But Farrish went above and beyond. This review is technically for the salesperson Alishia, so I'll also point out that Alishia was very easy going, low pressure, and mostly she was helpful. (Obviously their job is to sell you a car, so if you go to a dealership expecting the car sales person to not want you to buy a car, you're just not being honest with yourself.) HOWEVER, that being said, what I liked about Alishia is that, she was very focused on making sure that my needs in a car were met. She asked a lot of important questions, and she was more concerned with finding me THE RIGHT AND BEST car, as opposed to trying to throw me into whatever was available. Obviously, if we are visiting car dealerships, we are going to buy some car at some point. That's just a fact. If we need a car, we need a car. But you should trust Alishia and this dealership because they go above and beyond to get you the car that you always wanted, and they do their best to find a way to make the finances work. The finance guy was also fair, up front and honest. My best friend works in finance so I knew a good bit about it, and I could tell the numbers Farrish's finance guy gave me were a good deal for my credit situation. More
