M Had the opportunity of working with Hash Mourad from Farrish. I entered into a new lease with the Farrish dealership and got a 2015 Jeep Overland. My experience with Hash was great. He wasn't too "salesy" and i always felt that he was working on my behalf versus trying to rip me off i.e. he cares about his customers and their experience. He came across as a person with a lot of integrity. If you are thinking of buying a Jeep, I would recommend Hash and the Farrish team. More

Never purchase a car from this establishment I was in a car accident 10/2014 I broke my knee my dad drove me to work while I couldn't drive so I always heard the junkies promoting farrish in fair I was in a car accident 10/2014 I broke my knee my dad drove me to work while I couldn't drive so I always heard the junkies promoting farrish in fairfax my dad also purchased two vehicles from there over the years so naturally I went there and I purchased a Chrysler 200 from farrish in fairfax city. The car started having problems at 22 miles. I was always treated badly the customer service is beyond deplorable. I was constantly on the phone with the service managers they never stayed employed there very long. I also spoke numerous times to the general manager who could care less. The transmission was having a lot of issues broncing and sputtering. One of the technicians cleared my check engine light because one day it was acknowledged as a transmission censor and the next day I was told that there weren't any codes showing up and that what I was told didn't make sense. Chrysler manufacturing admitted they are aware of the issue with the transmission but because they don't have a fix they won't cover any repairs. I then reached out to the sales manager(terry) and general manager(Ralph)about making a deal and purchasing another car. I was told they would do an appraisal on my car because it was still there. I was supposed to get a call back a week ago and never got it. (Problems: the trunk wouldn't close, keyless entry failure, car wouldn't start, wheel well issue, transmission issue, check engine light constantly on) the car only had 15,000 miles on it. Well farrish lost a customer for life I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Honda Civic! Run away from this dealership!!!!! More

Hash was extremely polite, courteous, and patient through the entire process. Beyond that, he really knew the Jeep brand and answered all of my questions without having to ask someone else for help. While I've bought several cars over the years, I've never owned a Jeep and I had lots of questions. One of the standout differences in working with Hash compared to my experiences with others dealers was a total absence of high pressure tactics.
