Car for a College Student Looking for an inexpensive, good quality car is a tough situation to begin with. Having a budget of only 7k these days, makes it impossible. I looked through the line of auto dealers along Rt 29 and yes, it was slim pickings. Each of the car dealerships I gone to, had a "car in the back" they were willing to trade my 7k for but with each offer, I grew more and more worried. This car was going to supply my 18 year old niece with reliable transportation for 4 years? I went back to the dealership I had visited and bought from many times over the last 20 years. Sure, they had a car they would exchange my 7k for, but they showed me that there were options and possibilities. I worked with Debbie Hefty, and after some convincing, she showed me that I would have to spend just a bit more to get the confidence I was looking for. It wasn't pressure, but reality. There were many cars that would be slightly more than the 7k I had to spend, but her and I focused on one Honda that just looked right. Low miles, and nice interior, reliable running, and this would be the car the "niece" needed to get through 4 tough years. Debbie was extremely understanding to our special needs, and worked with us until the deal was complete. Promises made, promises kept. My concerns, were her concerns. Its almost like I was her only customer, she made sure everything I needed was taken care of. All of my questions were answered and all of my fears erased. I hope this cars last for many years, at least 4, while the niece gets through college. Thanks for being there, to help through the rough times and make this deal really come together. I know I spent more than I wanted to, but feel I couldn't be happier with the selection and confidence that I will get knowing she is safe. Great Experience, go to Farrish I went into Farrish Jeep looking for a new car for my growing family. With the three of us, and one on the way--I wanted to make sure I was getting so I went into Farrish Jeep looking for a new car for my growing family. With the three of us, and one on the way--I wanted to make sure I was getting something that made since. That was basically a car that would fit everyone, including our Greyhound Ramona. So I took everyone to Farrish. Floyd Bui was waiting (as he was fielding out appt. from a colleague who was out sick). He let everyone pile into a Cherokee, and then the Grand Cherokee, and the dog felt right at home in the Grand. So I got it. I told Floyd up front that I just wanted a base model, and he understood. There was no upsale. His focus was getting me what I wanted. And he did just that. The finance department was great too! Yong was really concerned about getting me the numbers I wanted, and while I did have some issues on my end (not his fault) got me into the Jeep I wanted that day. He followed up with me on some paper work afterwards, and that was cool too. His focus was me, and I appreciate that. Could there be some improvements? Sure, I had to wait a lot and there wasn't a lounge and no one offered me a cup of coffee, or water. It wasn't a fault of Floyd's per se, but something the upper management should have addressed. Instead they just kind of starred at me on the floor. But I would recommend Farrish to people, yes, unequivocally. More

While visiting the Farrish site, I found my car, and a pop up menu got me the best fit for my sales rep. Debbie Hefty was ready with my 2 top choices when we got there and the hardest part of the whole process was deciding whether to get the Mango Tango or the Silver like every other car I've owned. Debbie was patient and stayed with us the whole time. Mimi, our finance expert was great, patient and thorough. My husband and I both would us Debbie Hefty and Farrish again! Thanks ladies! More

I found an SRT Challenger, hard to find, and I appreciated the willingness to work with me and to give me such a great deal I couldn’t walk away from! I can't say enough nice things about my salesperson Stacie and the manager Terry. It’s refreshing to meet a salesperson such as her who is very knowledgeable about the cars. I did my own research on the car I was interested in, or so I though, but she pointed out things I wasn't aware of. The entire crew there deserves a big “THANK YOU!” for taking care of me on my new car purchase. It was nice for a change to see people who enjoyed doing their jobs. Special thanks to the gentleman that removed my tags and license plate brackets and covers ( in the dark and rain) and transferred them to the new car. He did it just the way I would have and took the extra time and effort to put everything on the new car. Little thing, but a BIG thing that stands out. I took it to work this morning (of course) and the car is beautiful and rides perfectly! More
