Worth the trip for satisfaction!! Farrish is located about 1 1/2 hours from my residence. That being said I traveled to a dealer about 45 minutes south of them to look at a well advert Farrish is located about 1 1/2 hours from my residence. That being said I traveled to a dealer about 45 minutes south of them to look at a well advertised deal. When I got to that dealer the vehicle I was going to look at was sold 2 hours prior to my arrival. I received no call or warning. Poor customer service which led me to searching the internet via mobile device for dealers on my way home to try and find a deal. Farrish came up and had advertised some great deals on New vehicles. I made a phone call and spoke to Anthony Williams, which ended up being a GREAT choice. I ended up really wanting the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon they had on the lot but unfortunately could not come to an agreement on price. We played the numbers battle, but I think everyone does this to get the best deal they can. So I had left and continued to look. Anthony kept in contact with me politely over the next two days to see if I had made a purchase and informed me he was still working with management to try and get my deal where I needed it. Anthony is a worker!! If you want a one time attempt and get out, Anthony is not your guy. If you want a worker that's going to hunt for your deal and work on your options to his full extent then he's your guy. After several conversations, options and texts Anthony, his Manager Miguel and I worked a deal!! He understood my financial needs and family situation and he worked his hardest to get me where I needed to be. Once this deal was negotiated the paperwork process was relatively easy, but I will also commend Matt Thompson in Financing. Not your "typical financing guy". Again Matt like Anthony listened to my needs and brainstormed options with me. He was not pushy and "directing" like most finance people I've dealt with. I have bought 7 cars in 12 years so I have sat with several financing personnel. Matt new where I needed to be, gave me several options, and looked up several banks to get me the best option available to take care of me and my family. That's not common. Most push to get their numbers, these guys pushed for me. The Farrish team definitely came through on the deal. It was worth the trip, wait and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! Not only that, but they gave us a fantastic deal well below invoice on the vehicle we wanted. With no dealers in the area having the vehicle we wanted in stock, Farrish was happy to order it and kept us apprised on the manufacturing status. Message boards stated 8 to 12 weeks average build time, but we got it in 4. John Grundy was a pleasure to work with, and after having purchased numerous vehicles over my lifetime, I can finally say I found a finance department that is also a pleasure to work with. I spoke with Debbie over the phone multiple times and bought my jeep. When I arrived I felt very welcomed, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. I felt that driving a long way a dealer has the upper hand because they know if they nickel and dime you for a few hundred bucks that odds are you won't walk out because you came from so far. None of that happened. Debbie as well as the entire staff were very friendly and honest. Not pushy at all. Wish ny dealers had the same approach. Even the Farrish finance guy was cool ;). Overall a wonderful and pleasant buying experience. Got my srt jeep at below invoice and they offered me a fair value for my trade. Without question, best dealer service I've ever received I had several problems with my Jeep Grand Cherokee and had taken it to another local dealer for service.
