Excellent experience with purchase of 2015 Jeep Grand Cher. I had been looking at a variety of potential vehicles for purchase over about a 6 month period. It was the single best car buying experience that I have had, from their low-key and friendly approach (not pushy or sales-like at all), the nearly flawless appearance of the dealership and cars, the knowledge about all of the features of the car I was driving, and the help in narrowing down the model. They located the car that I wanted and had it brought down, and the purchase experience was extremely fast and friendly (no hard sells) that got me out the door in 45 minutes with a new, clean Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nayel Awar, the business manager, was expert and very nice to work with. Pricing was the most competitive that I received out of 3 dealerships, as were the loan terms (better than USAA). More

Lance sat my daughter (8) and I down in his office and he asked me a few questions and my comfort level skyrocketed. Lance truly took care of me from beginning to end. We walked out and looked at the car and he made sure to point out some features, that in spite of my research I had no clue about. We closed the deal immediately. I went to several other Jeep dealers in the area and found nothing but jokers trying to make an extra buck through lies and hidden fees. Not the case with Mrs. Wakefield. She told it like it was, gave you enough space to breath and think. Customer service is not dead my friends and she is proof of it! She was at work sick with a cold and she was still cool and more than helpful. I can be a stingy, over analytical, an indecisive major pain in the rear type of person when it comes to large purchases, but she was patient with me and let me go through my process. Hash is the MAN! Had a really good experience. I had done a lot of research and comparison online and over numerous phone calls regarding price, years, options, etc... Had a really good experience. I had done a lot of research and comparison online and over numerous phone calls regarding price, years, options, etc...I found several dealerships over the course of 2 weeks that should have listed the vehicle advertised with a giant asterisk; not so at Farrish. I called, was very promptly connected with a knowledgeable and friendly salesman (Hash), was assured that what I wanted and was looking at online was there, so I drove 187 miles the next day to look at one specific vehicle. They are THAT good and THAT competitive. Everything was as stated, no surprises or pressure, and we were doing paperwork within the hour. Hash was very friendly and moved to get me out of there and back on the road asap. I have nothing to say that could have improved the experience! He repeatedly apologized for keeping me(he had no reason to; ) as he wanted to make sure I knew all the features and controls of the vehicle.
