Stressless & friendly car buying experience w/ Hash Mourad. I worked with a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person, Hash Mourad. Hash showed me different cars, and we discussed the prices for each car until it was narrowed down to 1 - 2 car(s). After going back & forth, and Hash taking my deal to the Manager it was looking promising. I did not get one single "no" from Hash on what I was asking, which was very reasonable. I have to say, this is my second time at Farrish in Fairfax and I've been happy with the experience. Highly deceitful and prejudice against prior customers!!! I was sent an email offering "up to 125% KBB trade in value". I understand they probably just say 125% but will always find a way to give less than t I was sent an email offering "up to 125% KBB trade in value". In my case my truck is 1 year old with 15k miles and no damage, if thats not a case for their 125% offer nothing is. They offered me 80% of KBB trade in value (even as "good" not "exceptional" condition. So not only did I not get the 100% of KBB dealer trade in value but I also was told it was because I purchased it there a year ago and they could see what I paid for it. They claim they offer this 125% KBB value only because they wantvyou as a return customer but its really so they can see what you spent previousky and then use it against you. I walked out and will never return. Had I purchased my trade in from somewhere else they never would have been able to descriminate against me since they wouldnt know my original purchase price. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM AND DEFINATELY DONT GO BACK AS A RETURN CUSTOMER. THEY ARE SIMPLY LOOKING TO MAGNIFY THEIR PROFITS BY USING YOUR ORIGINAL SALES PRICE AGAINSTVYOU. THIS IS A CLEAR REASON NEVER TO GO BACK FOR A SECOND TIME IF YOU MIGHT BE CONSIDERING A TRADE IN!!! More
