Mimi was great to get me financed, in which wasn't the easiest thing, but Mimi made it happen. Great SUV, great price, great experience. I had been shopping for a new Grand Cherokee Overland for a few weeks in my local market. I was using USAA's car pricing site and was seeing some pre I had been shopping for a new Grand Cherokee Overland for a few weeks in my local market. I was using USAA's car pricing site and was seeing some pretty good deals and then I checked the Fairfax market and saw some better prices at Farrish. When I hopped on their website the prices were even better than displayed at USAA, substantially so. I was skeptical at first and reached out to confirm the pricing. Long story short, John Grundy made this an absolute breeze of an experience. He provided all of the numbers up front and we worked through the paperwork via email over the course of two days. Once I was sure there wasn't a "Oh.....but...." coming I sold my vehicle, arranged financing, and made the trip. Once I reached the lot the whole team was great. I was in and out in 60-90 minutes and everything was to the penny of what I expected. In all seriousness, I had more trouble returning the rental car I booked for the trip then I did at the dealership. 24 hours later and I'm loving the vehicle. John has checked in twice to make sure all is well. More

I was out of town for a few days and Stacie communicated with me regularly via email and when I was back in town ready to make a decision--she had all options ready for me to review in person. We met Stacie Wakefield and explained we were thinking about purchasing our first Jeep. Shortly after we got there we were out driving a demo model. When we returned to the dealership and told her we needed to check some finances and think it over she gave us her card and told us to call if we needed anything else or had further questions. No follow up calls or e-mails, no hassle at all. Four days later I purchased a Wrangler Unlimited. I am pleased to report that Nile in finance was just as great as Stacie to deal with. We went back that evening for my wife to sign the paperwork and Stacie went over a couple more things we had questions about, and that was it. I haven't been in for service yet, but I'm betting I'll have as good an experience there as over in the sales building. When I called to update my insurance policy I recommended Farrish to the agent handling my policy, who was in the market for a new vehicle. Overall, a top notch experience. More

Awesome, no-pressure sale -- thanks, Lance Cote! My wife and I have been utilizing our credit union's car buying service for the past three months to research and find a used Honda CR-V or Civic for My wife and I have been utilizing our credit union's car buying service for the past three months to research and find a used Honda CR-V or Civic for our teenage sons to share, but every time we came close to finding the "right" vehicle, it seemed to sell quickly. We found a 2002 Honda CR-V through the buying service earlier this week at Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram that seemed to fit our needs well, so my wife called the dealership to inquire about the vehicle's availability and was fortunate enough to connect with Mr. Lance Cote. Lance not only provided my wife with the basic details of the CR-V over the phone, but encouraged us to stop by this evening for a test drive. At no time over the phone, nor when we arrived at the dealership for a test drive of the CR-V, did Lance ever pressure us or pull some of the "standard" lines or tricks that some car salesmen use that ultimately make you feel like you need to take a shower when you leave the dealership. We were encouraged to take the CR-V for a test drive and to "kick the tires" to our heart's content. Lance Cote is one of the best sales professionals I've worked with -- he's knowledgeable, personable, motivated, a former Marine (HOO-AH!), and just a generally AWESOME guy to do business with. I felt throughout the entire transaction that Lance was working WITH us, and not just for the dealership and for that, I would bring my business back to Farrish in a heartbeat to do business with this young man and this organization. In fact, *everyone* we came into contact with at Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram made us feel welcome and worked with us in a low-key, efficient and completely no-pressure way. A few car dealerships out there tend to give the ENTIRE industry a bad name -- but I can testify that Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is doing it right, and doing it successfully. They deserve your business, particularly because of sales professionals like Lance Cote -- check them out! More
Good used car purchasing experience! I was in the DC area returning from a conference and I wanted to look at a used Mercedes-Benz that this dealership had in-stock that I found on Auto T I was in the DC area returning from a conference and I wanted to look at a used Mercedes-Benz that this dealership had in-stock that I found on Auto Trader. I started the first visit with Joey, inspected the vehicle and returned to the office. Since I was a cash buyer, there was no back-end negotiation or trade, basically just the price of the vehicle out the door. My initial offer was submitted to Stan the sales manager by Joey, and after about 20 minutes of back & forth and then a face-to-face with Stan, I didn't accept the dealership's final offer to me. We pleasently parted company and I returned home. About 5 days later I received a follow-up EMAIL from Lance Cote, another salesman at Farrish in follow-up to my store visit, this was accompanied by a subsequent phone call. We ended up doing an over-the-phone negotiation just prior to the Memorial Day weekend and I received another $500 off the dealership's best offer I had in-person. At that point, I decided to purchase the vehicle. So, I did a fly-n-drive from Florida to Virginia. I flew into Dulles at a pre-arranged date/time, Lance picked me up in his POV and we went to the dealership. Processing took appx. 45 minutes, and once the vehicle was paid & ready I drove back to Florida on a full tank of Diesel provided by Farrish. Lance was a very motivated salesman, and truly worked for the customer to get the best possible price on the sale. I skipped a lot of the normal dealer haggling process by being a cash buyer, having no trade, and not purchasing optional services or extended warranty package. The vehicle I purchased had a 90-day, 3,000 mile warranty, my extended warranty will come from AAA who uses Mercury. This dealership had a unique vehicle in stock that was worth travelling for, and the overall experience could have been much worse by far. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, professional, and non high-pressure. All in all I had a good buying experience with Farrish and yes, I'd recommend them to another purchaser in a second. More
